ID.ME VERIFICATION REQUIREDMinimum-information standard
FYE360 retains only the email needed for access and receipts, an internal account identifier, question usage, purchase or subscription status, and the tips, questions, answers, or notes a member chooses to save. A member may also save up to 25 sanitized project snapshots using generic descriptions and job roles. Saved project context, tips, answers, resolution follow-ups, working documents, and document versions remain private to that account. Payment details remain with the payment processor.
